The Leader in Me
Third graders have taken on many leadership roles in their classrooms. Each classroom has a leadership team, consisting of various jobs the students are responsible for in the school. Each leadership team has a captain who is in charge of his/her team, making sure all the jobs are completed each day. These teams change periodically, allowing the students to experience different roles in their respective jobs. According to the third grade teachers, this team approach has so far proven to be very successful!
